tomorrow i'll be leaving thornhill for bridgewater, or if i want others to easily grasp these places' whereabouts, i should say i'm leaving toronto for boston. really though, i'm moving from one suburb to another, to start a year's adventure as an exchange student. i will once again be a foreigner in a new place, probably detectable by my thick Canadian accent and my fondness for beavers.
i'm thrilled, sort of the way you are as you're about to hop onto your first rollercoaster, and this feeling yoyos back and forth between exhilarating and petrifying. time keeps ticking by though, so there's little left to do but get in the car and hope for the best. here it goes...
